Recently recovered from crippling back pain caused by a (self-diagnosed) pinched nerve in my lumbar spine via supportive and restorative measures. This IR sauna is one of the tools I used. The warmth from the IR sauna alone in a cold climate is restoring. Sitting in this IR sauna, I felt like I was sunbathing in a warm bath (you can control the temperature settings and music via bluetooth.) My muscles and joints relaxed, no longer chilled nor cringing from pain… truth be told, the relief was so substantial that I was moved to tears and now consider myself a regular, needing to treat myself to prevent further injuries. Love yourself. You deserve it.

I recommend bringing a water bottle with you. Chris was super helpful. I look forward to going back.

I went to Pure Beautology for the neurotoxin injections to help with migraines. This is the first remedy that has ever worked for me and I am now migraine free after 20+ years. I had vitamin hydration infusions when diagnosed with pneumonia for the 2nd time this year. The dr gave me 7 days antibiotics before hospitalization for antibiotic IVs would be prescribed. The infusions changed the outcome. My PC was familiar with infusions and gave credit for them keeping me out of the hospital, as do I.
